Order Processing

Most of our products are made to order or custom-manufactured using 3D printing technology. As a result, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the item, order volume, and customization requirements.

Typical processing times are:

  • Standard items: 1–5 business days
  • Custom or personalized items: 3–10 business days

Processing times are estimates and may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Orders: 2–7 business days

Please note that these estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package size and weight
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volumes

MNM 3D Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of both the product and packaging.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Split Shipments

In some cases, multiple items within the same order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery or due to production requirements.

If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment whenever available.
